Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, along with free product replacement in the event of defects or flaws caused by manufacturing or materials, and verified to meet warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each product is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface finish, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a product return within 7 days from the date of receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery status date provided by the shipping service provider.
Returns due to a change of mind are separate from product warranty and the product must meet specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are produced according to specific dimensions, colors, materials, designs, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, with no scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not imply automatic approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process a refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping costs and related expenses may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, has manufacturing defects, or does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for verification.
Customers are advised to take continuous video footage from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial testing, and to retain the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and troubleshooting will still be subject to the warranty conditions stated above.
