Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, along with free product replacement service in cases of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, and upon verification that they fall under the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each product is sourced and manufactured by suppliers or manufacturers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will act as a coordinator with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper cleaning or maintenance, scratches, impacts, or normal wear and tear from use, including damage incurred after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of product receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or if the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date provided by the shipping service provider.
Returns due to change of mind are separate from product warranty and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded in cases of change of mind, no longer wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to the specific size, color, material, design, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original condition or close to it upon receipt, with no scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns must undergo inspection and meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
For returns due to change of mind, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for verification.
Customers are advised to record a continuous video from the start of unpacking, inspecting the product, and initial testing, and to retain the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In cases where custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still adhere to the warranty conditions mentioned above.
