Warranty and Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery, with a free replacement service in case of defects or flaws caused by manufacturing or materials, and verified to be under warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and does not directly manufacture furniture. Each item is sourced and produced by manufacturers or suppliers participating with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturers or suppliers to conduct inspections and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or differences in materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date provided by the shipping carrier.
Returns due to change of mind are a right separate from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting requirements, as these products are manufactured according to the specific size, color, material, design, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original or near-original condition upon receipt, with no scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying us of a return request within 7 days does not mean automatic approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to be credited to the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs and related expenses may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the order conditions and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
We recommend customers record a continuous video from the start of opening the packaging, inspecting the product, and initial testing, and keep the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In the event that custom-made products have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be subject to the warranty conditions mentioned above.
