Warranty & Returns
2-Year Warranty & Free Replacement
Products sold through Mulroom come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, along with a free replacement service in case of damage or defects caused by manufacturing or materials, and upon verification that they fall under the warranty conditions.
Mulroom is a Marketplace and not a direct furniture manufacturer. Each product is sourced and manufactured by manufacturers or suppliers partnered with Mulroom. Mulroom will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to inspect and replace products for customers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect cleaning or maintenance, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after product delivery.
Natural characteristics or variations of materials, such as wood grain, color, texture, or surface, are not considered manufacturing defects.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of product receipt if they change their mind, no longer want the product, or the product does not meet their needs, based on the delivery date provided by the shipping service.
Returns due to change of mind are a separate right from the product warranty, and the product must meet the specified return conditions.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, not wanting the product, or not meeting needs, as these products are manufactured according to the specific size, color, material, design, or details chosen or confirmed by the customer.
For general products that can be returned, the product must be in its original condition or close to it upon receipt, with no scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use, and must not have been modified, cut, drilled, or repaired.
Notifying a return request within 7 days does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the specified conditions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, Mulroom will process the refund within 15 business days.
The time it takes for the money to appear in the customer's bank account or card may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
For returns due to change of mind, the cost of return shipping and related expenses may be the responsibility of the customer, according to the terms of the order and product type.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, a product with manufacturing defects, or a product that does not match your order, please contact Mulroom as soon as possible, attaching photos and videos for inspection.
Customers are advised to take continuous video footage from the moment they open the packaging, inspect the product, and perform initial basic checks, and to keep the packaging and protective materials until the inspection is complete.
In the case of custom-made products with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping, the warranty and problem resolution will still be in accordance with the warranty conditions above.
